For example, we conducted a market opportunity assessment for native plant species processing projects, which supported the expansion of an Indigenous-owned greenhouse. This project involved identifying potential applications in the cosmetic and personal care markets, providing strategic recommendations for market entry, and assisting with business planning and product development. Another notable project was the establishment of a five-year operations plan for the Akamihk Child and Family Services Society, where we provided comprehensive consulting services to ensure the organization’s sustainability and growth.
Our commitment to Indigenous economic development is also evident in our work with Mainline Rural Development Corp, where we managed a regional waste management project involving seven rural municipalities and four Indigenous communities in east-central Saskatchewan.
