One of our flagship projects involved the City of Camrose, where we developed a comprehensive economic development plan. This project included public open houses, facilitation, and meetings with municipal councils to create a strategic roadmap for economic growth. By incorporating community input and focusing on actionable strategies, we helped Camrose establish a clear vision for its future development. Similarly, our work with the Battle River Alliance for Economic Development (BRAED) involved crafting an investment attraction strategy to service the Canadian Forces Base Wainwright supply chain, thereby boosting local economic activity.
Our expertise also extends to specific sectors, such as renewable energy and tourism. For instance, we conducted a thorough analysis of the wind energy industry supply chain for the Alberta SouthWest Regional Alliance, identifying supply chain gaps and economic opportunities. In the tourism sector, we worked with Canadian Badlands to develop tourism opportunity profiles, investment attraction strategies, and an investor member forum to promote direct investment into local tourism ventures.
